Refund & Cancellation Policy

Built Beside You wants you to feel confident about your purchase. Because we offer both immediately accessible digital products and scheduled consulting services, refund and cancellation terms vary depending on what you purchase.
Please review this policy before completing your purchase or booking.
1. Digital Products
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, purchases of downloadable resources, workbooks, templates, guides, and other digital materials are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This includes products such as The Groundwork and other downloadable resources offered by Built Beside You.
Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you receive access to the product you purchased.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate purchase, please contact us so we can review the transaction.
2. Consulting Appointments
Consulting appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the appointment, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Alternatively, you may reschedule the appointment to another available time.
3. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are non-refundable.
Because appointment time is reserved specifically for you, fees associated with late cancellations will generally not be credited toward a future appointment.
Built Beside You may make exceptions in unusual or emergency circumstances at its sole discretion. Any exception does not modify this policy for future appointments.
4. Missed Appointments
Missed appointments or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the amount paid for the appointment will not be refunded or credited toward another session.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a scheduled consultation, we will make reasonable efforts to use the remaining appointment time effectively.
However, appointments will generally end at the originally scheduled time so that other appointments and commitments are not affected.
Late arrival does not entitle you to a partial refund or an extension of the appointment.
6. Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled through the scheduling system up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
Appointments may not be repeatedly rescheduled for the purpose of avoiding the cancellation policy. Built Beside You reserves the right to limit repeated rescheduling where reasonably necessary.
7. If Built Beside You Needs to Cancel
Occasionally, circumstances may require Built Beside You to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If we need to cancel your appointment, you will have the option to:
Reschedule to another mutually available time; or
Receive a refund of the amount paid for the canceled appointment.
You will not be charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee when Built Beside You initiates the change.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution. Built Beside You cannot control how quickly your bank or card issuer posts an approved refund.
9. Packages, Events, or Future Services
Built Beside You may introduce additional services, packages, workshops, courses, subscriptions, or events in the future.
Those offerings may have refund or cancellation terms that differ from this policy. When different terms apply, they will be disclosed in connection with the applicable offering and will govern that purchase.
